2.3. Our Role

Scoutize processes Personal Data in two capacities:

• As a Controller: When you enter into an agreement with Scoutize by signing up for an account, Scoutize acts as the Controller for your data.
• As a Processor: When using certain Scoutize services, you might transmit your clients' data through our systems. In such cases, you act as the Controller of that data, and Scoutize processes it as a Processor on your behalf.

Scoutize is not responsible for the data provided by Users (or their clients) except as necessary to provide our services.

2.4. Data Transfer Across Borders

If you choose to provide us with your Personal Information, Scoutize may transfer such data within our organization or to our third-party service providers across borders, subject to the limitations of this Privacy Policy. Personal data collected by Scoutize is stored in secure hosting facilities provided by Amazon Web Services located in the United States. AWS meets the EU Commission's standards for adequate protection of personal data. Scoutize adheres to strict security measures in accordance with relevant data protection laws.

In the event of a security breach resulting in the compromise of Personal Information, Scoutize will promptly notify affected customers in compliance with applicable laws.

2.6. Choice

You may choose whether or not to provide Personal Information to Scoutize. However, when engaging in activities such as purchasing products or services, downloading software, or entering competitions, providing Personal Information may be required. It is entirely optional to participate in these activities. If you choose to engage, Scoutize may require details such as your name, mailing address, email address, and other personal identifiers.

3. How We Share Your Information

Personally Identifiable Information
